Apartment 3 is the perfect holiday apartment for a family holiday in St. Andreasberg: 82 m² on the ground floor of Lieblingsquartier, lots of space for up to 4 guests and a playground right in the garden. Parents get their own bedroom, the children sleep in the spacious living room – and your dog is very welcome too.

Living and cooking

The open, inviting living area has plenty of room for game and film nights with smart TV, JBL Bluetooth speaker and free Wi-Fi. The heart of the apartment is the large kitchen with lots of storage: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle, plus a Nespresso Vertuo machine and a filter coffee maker. Everyone gathers round the dining table for breakfast.

Sleeping

The bright, spacious bedroom with double box-spring bed, smart TV and wardrobe is for the parents. In the living room the sofa bed becomes a proper bed for two children at night and a cosy seating area again by day. A cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.

Bathroom

The large bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub – handy when the little ones want a bath after a day in the garden. Washbasin, toilet and hairdryer are provided.

Need more space?

For larger families, Apartment 3 can be combined with Apartment 2 as the LQ Family Suite 2-3 for up to 8 guests. Add Apartment 1 and it becomes Lieblingsquartier 14 for up to 14 guests – all three apartments are on the ground floor. The whole house can be booked as the Full House with up to 54 beds.

The Lieblingsquartier

The house has a lobby with bar and lounge, a roof terrace and a large garden with barbecue and playground. A washing machine and dryer are available to all guests, parking at the house is free and there is a charging station for electric cars. Thanks to the digital locking system you let yourself into the house and your apartment with a code or transponder. The swings, slide and climbing frame are just a few steps from the ground-floor apartment.

Location

Lieblingsquartier is at Clausthaler Straße 5, at around 600 m altitude in the Upper Harz. Restaurants, cafés and shops are just a few minutes’ walk away. Hiking trails start right at the house, the summer toboggan run and bike park on the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg are close by, and the Wurmberg in Braunlage and the Brocken are a short drive away. In winter you’ll find ski slopes, cross-country trails and sledging hills.

Good to know

Bed linen and towels are compulsory and booked as a linen package (€20 per person). A flat fee per stay applies for dogs. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. A free starter pack with coffee, dishwasher tabs and washing-up liquid is waiting for you on arrival, and a cot is available free of charge on request.
