Lieblingsquartier 14 brings together Apartments 1, 2 and 3 on the ground floor to create one large holiday rental for up to 14 guests in St. Andreasberg. Around 273 m² offer 5 bedrooms, 7 beds and 4 bathrooms – ideal for large families, several families who are friends or small groups who want to holiday together in the Harz without giving up their privacy. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, and all three are on one level, just a few steps apart. Your dog is very welcome.

Living and cooking

Three bright, modern living areas with sofa, smart TV and free Wi-Fi give everyone room to play, read and relax. Apartment 1 has a large, light-filled living area and a kitchen with dining space for the whole family, Apartment 3 a large kitchen with dining table, and in Apartment 2 the kitchenette and dining area are part of the living room. All three kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso Vertuo machine and filter coffee maker. Each family can keep its own rhythm – and in the evening you simply cook together.

Sleeping

• Apartment 1: three bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed
• Apartment 2: bedroom with double box-spring bed, sofa bed for two in the living room
• Apartment 3: bedroom with double box-spring bed, sofa bed for two in the living room

All bedrooms have a smart TV and plenty of storage. High chairs are available on request.

Bathroom

Apartment 1 has two bathrooms: an en-suite shower room and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. Apartment 2 has a shower room with walk-in shower, Apartment 3 a large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. Hairdryers are provided throughout.

Need more space?

For family celebrations, club trips or company events, book the whole house as the Full House with 13 apartments, lobby, lounge and bar for up to 54 guests. For smaller parties, the LQ Family Suite 2-3 sleeps up to 8.

The Lieblingsquartier

The shared lobby with bar and lounge is the perfect place for evenings with the whole group. There is also a roof terrace, a large garden with barbecue and a playground with climbing frame, swing and slide, a washing machine and dryer, and free parking with an EV charging point at the house. The digital lock system with code or key fob makes arriving easy, even when you come in several cars.

Location

The house is at Clausthaler Straße 5, at around 600 m altitude in the Upper Harz. Restaurants, cafés and shops are within walking distance. Hiking trails start at the house, the summer toboggan run and bike park on the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg are close by, and the Wurmberg and the Brocken are a short drive away. In winter you’ll find ski slopes, cross-country trails and sledging hills.

Good to know

The linen package with bed linen and towels is mandatory (€20 per person). A flat fee per stay applies for dogs. Cots are available free of charge on request, and every apartment has a free starter pack with coffee, dishwasher tabs and washing-up liquid. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.
