With the Full House, the whole of Lieblingsquartier is yours: 13 separate, modern apartments with up to 54 beds, plus a lobby, lounge and bar as a shared meeting point. This group holiday house in the Harz is made for big family reunions, birthdays and anniversaries with family and friends, club trips, seminars, workshops and company offsites. Every family or team has its own apartment with kitchen and bathroom – and everyone comes together in the shared spaces to eat, celebrate and meet. Dogs are very welcome.

Living and cooking

Each of the 13 apartments has its own living area with sofa, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. For the whole group there is the lobby with lounge and bar: the bar has commercial refrigeration and a glass washer, and presentation equipment is available for meetings. We set up furniture and tech to suit your occasion and are happy to arrange catering for you.

Sleeping

All apartments have box-spring beds. This is how the 54 beds are spread across the house:

• Apartment 1 on the ground floor and Penthouse Apartment 13: three bedrooms each, for up to 6 guests
• Apartments 7 and 11: bedroom with double and single bed plus sofa bed, up to 5 guests each
• Apartments 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12: bedroom with double bed plus sofa bed, up to 4 guests each
• Studio 4 and Apartment 9: studios with double bed for 2 guests each

Cots and high chairs are available on request.

Bathroom

The house has 15 bathrooms, all with walk-in shower, toilet and basin – every apartment has at least one bathroom of its own, Apartment 1 and the penthouse two each. Apartments 1, 3 and 13 also have a bathtub. There are additional guest toilets in the lobby.

Don’t need the whole house? The Lieblingsquartier

The roof terrace of around 150 m², with quality garden furniture and a built-in barbecue, is the place for relaxed barbecue evenings with views over St. Andreasberg. The large garden has a climbing frame with swing and slide and a table tennis table, and the house also offers a washing machine and dryer, 16 free parking spaces and an EV charging point. The digital lock system with code or key fob makes arrival easy for everyone – even if people turn up at different times.

Location

Lieblingsquartier is at Clausthaler Straße 5, at around 600 m altitude in the Upper Harz. Restaurants, cafés and shops are a few minutes’ walk away. Hiking trails start at the house, the summer toboggan run and bike park on the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg are ideal for a group activity, and the Wurmberg and the Brocken are just a short drive away. In winter there are ski slopes, cross-country trails and sledging hills.

Good to know

The linen package with bed linen and towels is mandatory (€20 per person). Dogs are welcome for a flat fee per stay. Cots are free of charge on request, and every apartment has a free starter pack with coffee, dishwasher tabs and washing-up liquid. Children are very welcome; unfortunately we cannot accept youth groups. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. Get in touch – we’ll be happy to plan your get-together with you.
