The LQ Family Suite 11-12 combines two apartments at Lieblingsquartier into one spacious Harz apartment for up to 9 guests – right in the centre of St. Andreasberg. Apartments 11 and 12 each have their own front door and are also linked by an internal door, so you decide how much togetherness and how much privacy you want – perfect for two families travelling together, parents with grown-up children or grandparents with grandchildren. Your dog is very welcome.

Living and cooking

Over 110 m² you have two living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens, each with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker. In Apartment 11 everyone fits round the large dining table, while Apartment 12 has a cosy dining corner in the living room. Smart TVs, Bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi keep everyone entertained on rainy days. Our free starter pack with coffee, dishwasher tabs and washing-up liquid is ready when you arrive.

Sleeping

Cots are available free of charge on request, and high chairs are provided.

Bathrooms

Both apartments have a modern shower room with walk-in shower and hairdryer, and Apartment 11 also has a separate guest toilet – so nobody has to queue in the morning.

Need more space?

Add the penthouse (Apartment 13) and the Family Suite becomes Lieblingsquartier 15 for up to 15 guests. Large groups can book the Full House with up to 54 beds. Need less space? Book Apartment 11 or Apartment 12 on its own.

The Lieblingsquartier

Shared lobby with bar and lounge, roof terrace, large garden with barbecue and a playground with swing and slide, washing machine and dryer, and free parking at the house with an EV charging point. The suite is on the first floor, reached via the rear staircase – the car park at the back of the house is the most convenient. Check-in is via a digital lock system.

Location

Lieblingsquartier is at Clausthaler Straße 5, around 600 m above sea level in the Upper Harz. The old town, restaurants, cafés and shops are an easy walk away. Hiking trails start right at the house, the summer toboggan run and bike park on the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg are close by, and the Wurmberg and the Brocken are just a short drive away. In winter there are ski slopes, cross-country trails and sledging hills. Great for families: from the playground in the garden to the summer toboggan run, there is something for children of every age.

Good to know

Bed linen and towels must be booked as a linen package (€20 per person). A flat fee per stay applies for dogs. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.
