Lieblingsquartier 15 is ideal group accommodation in the Harz for extended families, families travelling together or groups of friends: three holiday apartments at Lieblingsquartier in St. Andreasberg – Apartment 11, Apartment 12 and the penthouse (Apartment 13) – are booked together. Around 282 m² sleep up to 15 guests in 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Spend sociable evenings together and still have a place to retreat to whenever you like. Your dog is very welcome.

Living and cooking

Each of the three apartments has its own living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker. Every family can keep its own rhythm – or you cook together and meet for a big dinner. The light-filled open-plan living and dining area in the penthouse, with views over St. Andreasberg, is especially inviting. All units have smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers and Wi-Fi, and a free starter pack with coffee, dishwasher tabs and washing-up liquid is waiting for you.

Sleeping

• Penthouse (Apartment 13): three bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed
• Apartment 11: bedroom with double and single box-spring bed, sofa bed for two in the living room
• Apartment 12: bedroom with double box-spring bed, sofa bed for two in the living room

Apartments 11 and 12 are linked by an internal door – handy when parents and children want to sleep close together. Cots are available free of charge on request.

Bathrooms

There are four modern bathrooms in total: in the penthouse an en-suite shower room and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, plus a shower room each in Apartments 11 and 12. Apartment 11 also has a guest toilet. Hairdryers are provided.

The Lieblingsquartier

Shared lobby with bar and lounge as a meeting point for the whole group, roof terrace, large garden with barbecue and playground, washing machine and dryer, and free parking at the house with an EV charging point. Apartments 11 and 12 are on the first floor, the penthouse is on the top floor. The digital lock system with code or key fob keeps arrival simple, even if your group turns up at different times.

Location

Lieblingsquartier is at Clausthaler Straße 5, around 600 m above sea level in the Upper Harz. The old town, restaurants, cafés and shops are an easy walk away. Hiking trails start right at the house, the summer toboggan run and bike park on the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg are close by, and the Wurmberg and the Brocken are just a short drive away. In winter there are ski slopes, cross-country trails and sledging hills. Whether it’s a group hike, a family trip to the summer toboggan run or a ski weekend with friends – everything is close at hand.

Good to know

Bed linen and towels must be booked as a linen package (€20 per person). A flat fee per stay applies for dogs. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.
