Apartment 10 at Lieblingsquartier is a modern holiday apartment for up to 4 guests and the perfect base for a hiking holiday in the Harz. Its 40 m² offer a spacious living area, a quiet bedroom and a separate guest toilet. Hiking trails start right at the house, and the Brocken and the Wurmberg are just a short drive away.

Living and cooking

Large windows fill the spacious living area, with its comfortable sofa and smart TV, with daylight. The well-equipped kitchen with plenty of worktop and storage space, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso Vertuo capsule machine and filter coffee maker is where you refuel before the next hike, and the dining area is built right into the kitchen. A Bluetooth speaker and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment.

Sleeping

The bedroom has a double box-spring bed with high-quality mattresses and its own smart TV. In the living area, the double sofa bed is quickly made up for two more guests.

Bathroom

Modern shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer, plus a separate guest toilet – handy when there are four of you.

The Lieblingsquartier

Shared lobby with bar and lounge, roof terrace, large garden with barbecue and playground, washing machine and dryer, plus free parking and an EV charging point at the house. Thanks to the digital lock system, you check in flexibly with a code or key fob.

Location

Lieblingsquartier is at Clausthaler Straße 5, at around 600 m altitude in the Upper Harz. Restaurants, cafés and shops are a few minutes’ walk away. Hiking trails start right at the house, the summer toboggan run and bike park on the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg are close by, and the Wurmberg in Braunlage and the Brocken are a short drive away. In winter you’ll find ski slopes, cross-country trails and sledging hills.

Good to know

Bed linen and towels are booked as a mandatory linen package (€20 per person). A free starter pack with coffee, dishwasher tabs and washing-up liquid is waiting for you on arrival. Dogs are welcome for a flat fee per stay, and a cot is available free of charge on request. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.
