Apartment 1 is the largest holiday apartment on the ground floor of Lieblingsquartier in St. Andreasberg: 136 m² with three bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to 6 guests. Ideal for families with children, two couples travelling together or several generations who want to holiday in the Harz as one group while everyone keeps a room of their own. Your dog is very welcome.

Living and cooking

The bright, modern living area has plenty of room for playing, reading and getting together. A smart TV, JBL Bluetooth speaker and free Wi-Fi keep everyone entertained on rainy days. The kitchen offers lots of worktop and storage space and comes with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso Vertuo machine and the additional filter coffee maker. The dining table in the kitchen seats the whole family.

Sleeping

Three separate bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed, give parents and children – or two couples – their own space. Every bedroom has a smart TV and plenty of storage. A cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.

Bathrooms

Two modern bathrooms mean no morning queue: one with a shower is en suite to a bedroom, the other has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Both have a toilet and hairdryer.

Need more space?

Apartment 1 shares the ground floor with Apartments 2 and 3. Together they can be booked as Lieblingsquartier 14 for up to 14 guests – perfect for extended families or friends travelling together. For celebrations, clubs or large groups, rent the entire house as the Full House with up to 54 beds.

The Lieblingsquartier

The house has a lobby with bar and lounge, a roof terrace and a large garden with barbecue and playground. A washing machine and dryer are available to all guests, parking at the house is free and there is a charging station for electric cars. Thanks to the digital locking system you let yourself into the house and your apartment with a code or transponder. As the apartment is on the ground floor, getting in with a pushchair and luggage is easy.

Location

Lieblingsquartier is at Clausthaler Straße 5, at around 600 m altitude in the Upper Harz. Restaurants, cafés and shops are just a few minutes’ walk away. Hiking trails start right at the house, the summer toboggan run and bike park on the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg are close by, and the Wurmberg in Braunlage and the Brocken are a short drive away. In winter you’ll find ski slopes, cross-country trails and sledging hills.

Good to know

Bed linen and towels are compulsory and booked as a linen package (€20 per person). A flat fee per stay applies for dogs. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. A free starter pack with coffee, dishwasher tabs and washing-up liquid is waiting for you on arrival, and a cot is available free of charge on request.
